We also have two owners who are both licensed mechanical engineers. They have designed custom heating and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial customers.
Of all job applicants, take a test that the owners have put together, only 1-2% of the applicants pass our test. Because our criteria and expectations are so high, we do one of two things: we hire people with experience and thoroughly check them for proficiency or we send a person through our intense apprentice program.
